What Services Do We Offer?

First Visit

The following will be done:

1. A comprehensive nutritional assessment that will include a detailed examination of your lifestyle (eating habits, exercise, sleep patterns), weight and medical history (medical conditions, medication and laboratory results) and the unique challenges you face in achieving a healthier lifestyle.

2. If you have any relevant and recent blood tests, i.e. blood sugar, please bring them along with a list of all your medications and vitamins.

3. If you have a medical condition, e.g. irritable bowel syndrome or diabetes, we will explain your diagnosis thoroughly and how it affects or changes your current diet. You will be able to make good food choices to control or regulate your disease and implement this as a lifestyle.

4. We will weigh you with an InBody scale and give you a printed report whilst discussing it.

5. You will receive a personalised diet during this visit as well.

Follow Up

The following will be done:

1. A thorough investigation regarding the diet you followed the previous 2 – 3 weeks will be evaluated and changes will be made if necessary.

2. This is seen as a “fine tune” and if your diet needs to change, or you progress well a next diet/stage will be given and explained in fine detail to you.

3. Remember, you most often just need somebody to talk to and a policeman to weigh you regularly.

4. You are more than welcome to come for consultations until you have reached your goal.

5. Usually by the third visit we measure your body composition (fat %), which includes the amount of fat, water, muscle and bone in your body via InBody Scan.
